Cleveland Area Probate Appraiser

If you've lost a loved one in death, I am so sorry. Words cannot describe how difficult a time this can be. There's also a lot to consider and decisions to make. You may need to have your loved one's property appraised to determine its market value.

Typically, this type of appraisal is what is called a retrospective appraisal, meaning that the value is based on the date that your loved one passed away. It is common for homes I appraise for probate to be filled with the personal belongings of your loved one. I do not appraise personal property. I only appraise the property. However, if the house if filled with personal belongings, this is not a problem.

I have decades of experience in appraising properties for probate and estate planning purposes.

If you need an appraiser, I would be honored to help you. I am a compassionate person who will do my very best to answer any questions you may have before, during, and after the appraisal.

Please feel free to call if you have any questions or concerns about the valuation process. Don't feel that you must order an appraisal from me if you call. I'm here as a resource for you. I'd be happy to answer your questions free of charge.

My best to you and your family!
